Vat on purchases

MAGICMOTORSPORT is the trading name of MAGICMOTORSPORT S.R.L., VAT reg: 06830930829 which is a VAT registered company in ITALY. As such we must charge 22 % VAT on purchases where appropriate.

• If you are an individual based in the European Union then VAT will be added to your order.
• If you are a company registered in the EU, you will be responsible for paying VAT in your own country.
• If you are an individual or company registered out of the European Union, there will be no VAT added to your invoice at all.  You will be responsible for paying duties and eventually VAT in your own country.
