Offices to Close for Christmas Holidays

On the occasion of Christmas holidays, offices of Magicmotorsport will close from December 24th, 2024, to January 6th, 2025.

Physical Product Shipment
Buy your products by Friday, December 20th to receive your package by Monday, 23rd*. Physical products purchased after this date will be shipped from January 7th, 2025.

Subscriptions and Activations
If you purchase or renew a subscription on our shop and pay by card or PayPal, activation may take up to 48 hours. Bank transfers may take longer. If you buy via our Helpdesk platform, activation is immediate.

Tech Support and Sales Department
Customer care and tech support services will not be available during Christmas break. Therefore, for urgent matters or to receive assistance, please contact us by Monday, December 23rd at 10.00 p.m. Our tech support and sales departments will be back from January 3rd, but they will be offline on January 6th on the occasion of the Epiphany.

Office Relaunch
Activities will regularly resume on January 7th, 2025.
