Key Origination on Vehicle Lock Cylinders - Advanced Training
An in-person training course dedicated to car/motorcycle key recreation on cylinders and the use of specific equipment. This session will be divided into two parts, theory and practice, involving attendees in a key recreation from scratch.

PROGRAM SUMMARY
What you need to work on a cylinder:

Description of car/motorcycle keys and their lock systems

Blades divide into two types: single-sided cut keys and double-sided cut keys.
During this training, you will be shown how to make vehicle keys starting of the cylinder.
Disassembling a cylinder and parameter measurement

Cylinder extraction from the lock, disassembling and key parameter reading
Use of the organizer and parameter setting for key recreation

Entering key parameters manually in the key cutting machine

Vehicle key creation from partial coding
Vehicle cylinder section

Lock type presentation, disassembling, cylinder extraction

Key recreation from scratch
Manual recreation (with specific blades) when there is no specific procedure

How to operate when the dedicated procedure tab is not available in the cutting machine: how to recreate the key starting from the cylinder, using specific blades
Practical examples to get the cut code and to recreate manually

Each attendee will carry out practical examples, recreating keys from scratch both with Futura Auto and manually.
