User Account Data Modification Fee

All users have the possibility to privately sell their product. In this case, there is a tool ownership modification fee that applies when a tool owner decides to privately sell its active tool to someone else.

As the Flex software subscription is linked to the tool, and not to a physical person, the expiration of the subscription will transfer to the new owner as well. Expired accounts cannot proceed with this procedure and must be renewed before the change of ownership.
