SLAVE file decrypting module for a MASTER account
Flex Master users are required to activate this software module to be able to link one or more Flex Slave users to their account. The module allows them to encrypt and decrypt the reading files submitted by their Slaves.

The Flex Slave Manager is an online, non-transferable service that requires the Master to maintain an active subscription. Adding this software does not affect the subscription fee of the account and is a one-time purchase up to 99 Slaves.

➜ How do I activate the Flex File Decryptor?
Once purchased the Flex File Decryptor, the Master will receive an invoice with a code that can be activated in their account, in the Product Activation Tab. Once activated, the Master can start linking Slaves to their account.
The Master can now work with a Slave, whatever their software configuration is, even when different from their own.
In order to link their account to a Flex Master user, Flex Slave users first of all need to activate their software license in the Product Activation Tab, then they can add the e-mail address of their Master in the requested field
This instills a binding contract between the parties that can be terminated only under the explicit consent of the Master via email.
➜ It possible to change my Master?
A Slave user with an active subscription can change their Master without incurring any additional fees. However, Magicmotorsport must receive written authorization from the current Master before proceeding to release the Slave.
The Master must send this communication via email to sales@magicmotorsport.com or issue a Sales Dept. ticket in the Helpdesk Platform and specify the serial number of the Slave tool to be released.
➜ Can I upgrade my Flex software license from Slave to Master?
Yes, it is possible to upgrade from Slave to Master. The Slave user must pay a fee equal to the software price difference between the Slave software version he had activated for his tool and the Master software version he wishes to upgrade to. Before proceeding with the upgrade, the Master must send authorization to release the Slave to sales@magicmotorsport.com or via a Sales Dept. ticket in the Helpdesk, specifying the serial number of the Slave tool to be released.
This upgrade can also be performed by a local Official Magicmotorsport Distributor.
